we liked it, its location and staff. the breakfast's price is 13 nzd per person. very clean rooms, pretty view. a few steps from the beach.

Glasshouse kitchen & bar, which is placed only 700 feet away, is a nice dining choice. Room met the purpose. We could easily park on-site.
